Our purpose and mission
In the wake of Hurricane Dorian and the pandemic, our community faced challenges calling for rebuilding and renewal. We founded this festival to support school music programs, nurture young talent, and honor our rich Bahamian heritage through the healing spirit of jazz and blues.

From local schools and dedicated volunteers to talented musicians and generous sponsors, this festival is a collective effort. Together, we build cultural opportunities and create meaningful, lasting change across our islands.
Nurturing the next generation
Every rhythm and melody serves our youth. We actively equip local classrooms with instruments, host hands-on workshops with visiting headliners, and create dedicated stages where aspiring Bahamian musicians can shine.
